Psychedelic-Rainbow-Palette-Hand

After two really strong, vivid, hallucinatory episodes seeing colors on objects breakdown as if I were on a 60s acid trip, I posted a photo of my hand that showed it comprised completely realistically with a rainbow of colors.  I actually used that as reference for this painting, but thought it looked yucky in so many ways - the drawing as well as the painting, so I tucked it away.  Today I played with it in PS using curves.  I got a lot of cool psychedelic effects.  But when I reset curves to zero I realized that I had already painted it psychedelic, as if chronicalling my color studies and the effect they had on my brain.  So, here it is, un-retouched original psychedelic-rainbow-palette-hand.
